Seeing the "miracle man" who's even better than the Dokgo before, Ae Jung is torn on whether to break up their relationship for the sake of his future. 

Pil Joo who's at the Medicinal Herbs Market bumps into Ae Jung who's dressed like Jang Geum, in sageuk attire (okayy, this is so weird...). 


Meanwhile, Dokgo has a happy reunion with Ding Dong :)

Let's Talk About - Sunny Hill (feat. Zia)

Am SO in awe with BL's episodes lately. Before this it was just funny, and I found little heart in it but later episodes has proved me so, so wrong. This show  so can do both. And I reckon I like the "serious" bit infinitely more. And the fact that Dokko's fate hangs in the balance only makes my heart thump a frantic tattoo as I watch the show, gnawing my fingers off.

I'm with you so that my heart can "thump thump" again. 

Dokko sells himself out in order to let Ae Jung escape this predicament! However Ae Jung says she absolutely will not do so and went to press conference alone. Seeing that Ae Jung's scandalous speech has actually made the situation worse, Dokko proposes that his own heart surgery be made news to cover up the situation.

On the other hand, Mina and Se Ri finally meet, thanks to Pil Joo. The whole truth about Treasure Girls disbandment is finally revealed for the first time...

Although Pil Joo wants Ae Jung to think about the hurt Dokko has caused her, but Dokko confronts her, asking her to stay and together they will overcome the hurdles and that he would give her more love. 

Mina seeks Ae Jung's help yet again, and Ae Jung who doesn't know what to do is utterly confused. 


On the other hand, the abrupt end of Pil Joo and Ae Jung's love show has the reporters digging stories for the reason behind it. However Ae Jung and Dokko are not aware of this, and along with Ding Dong they went for a picnic together...

The two of them are alone in Dokko's home, camping! But when the drunken manager of Dokko gave the two an understanding look, the ambiance is destroyed. It made Dokko want to cover his manager's mouth, on the other hand he wants to observe Ae Jung's expression. 

Ae Jung who feels more and more apologetic towards Pil Joo; when she hears that he called in sick to work, she went ahead and visits him. Pil Joo coincidentally meets Dokko's heart surgeon, Dr. Jeong. He correctly deducted what happened to Dokko's heart. 

On the other hand, Ae Jung becomes a broadcaster for Section TV...

A Preview & A Transcript: Best Love Episode 11

Wahh~ What did the k-heroines ate this week? My girls this week no longer wanna pursue their men, instead it's time for the guys to pay their dues now *evil laughs* I gotta admit, I like this side of Ae Jung rather than her "Yes chep!" personality a few weeks before. 

Although, try not to be too hard on Dokko here, will 'ya? His heart might not be able to take it, the poor lovesick dude.

While grasping her hand, Pil Joo reassures Ae Jung while proposing that she becomes a supporter of the Pil Joo team. 


Feeling restless and uneasily, Dokko arrives at the entrance of Ae Jung's home. He even tells the excited Ding Dong bound for an outing tomorrow about his current confused state of mind. 

Due to Ae Jung and Pil Joo's relationship, Couple Making achieves its highest rating of all time. The viewers are scrutinizing Se Ri's feelings for Pil Joo, acting out of concern for the Couple Making couple (i.e Ae Jung and Pil Joo). Se Ri is burning with jealousy because of Ae Jung. 


On the other hand, Hollywood invites Dokko to participate in an audition for a project again...

I agree with Jenny: Pil Line forevah! I'm so mad at Dokko I'm swearing as I type right now, how can anyone fall in a plot hole like this since Summer Scent?!! Gah, so stupid. That's it. I have been on the fence up till now, it's Team Geeky over Team Sexy for me all the way.

Dokko tells Ae Jung that he was only like that towards her due to being hypnotized during his surgery, and that he is back to being healthy and normal now. These words hurt Ae Jung terribly, on the other hand Dokko packs away the time of his life when he used to behave shamefully (I thought you were cool, dude). He also agrees to continue the CF contract with Se Ri (seriously not cool). 


Pil Joo ignores his mom's tittle-tattle, single-mindedly focusing on reading up ("studying" kekeke) all the love guide books and manuals as his heart for Ae Jung continues to grow. 

Dokko is back to living a life within the peaceful 60-90 range! But there's always this empty feeling in his heart. On the other hand, Se Ri came to the oriental hospital to see Pil Joo, but she meets with Mina instead...

Ae Jung is surrounded by reporters and is in panic when Dokko suddenly appears on the scene. With his wit, he manages to re-affirm his "Hero to the Rescue" image. The producers of Couple Making implore Pil Joo to eliminate Ae Jung for the sake of the show's success, leaving Pil Joo dismayed. 

On the other hand, Dokko starts a "innocent-pitiful" image to Ae Jung, telling her that actually, his heart isn't in a good condition. Hearing this affright Ae Jung and she is deeply worried for him. As Se Ri's interest in Pil Joo grows, but Pil Joo goes ahead and confesses to Ae Jung...

The plot is right on schedule anyway, since we're at mid-point of the series...meaning it's time for conflict(s), misunderstanding(s) and angst (and maybe more showers).

With his very own eyes, Dokko witnesses the passionate scene between Ae Jung and Pil Joo unfolding right before him. He clenches hard at the potato in his hand; turned around and left after he recovered his self-esteem. Dokko bitterly eats the curry rice made with the potatoes Ae Jung bought while Ae Jung looks at the lie detector sadly, the gap between them widening...

The people around Ae Jung is either on Pil Joo's side or Dokko's, leading to a war of words; Pil Joo asks Se Ri on her relationship with Dokko. On the other hand, the producers of Couple Making are planning to auction off items belonging to the contestants on the show through its official webpage...

Love Mode - Clazziquai feat. Tablo

How has this show faired in comparison with your other Hong Sisters' drama? For me, it has certainly been refreshing. The reason? Well, for starters, for once the Hong Sisters took on a relatively older main cast, meaning no more dilly dalling leads - k-men that are totally self-aware, NOT in denial over their feelings and knows how to take charge and actually do something about it other than brooding. So triple woots over that!

Dokko Jin takes Ae Jung with him and secretly leaves the cinema, leaving Geum P.D and Scriptwriter Han speculating: Has Dokko has already broken up with Seri? They even suspect that Dokko has a young lover, making Pil Joo very concerned over Ae Jung (oh how sweet).

Skipping to the day of Couple Making's recording! Over the dating's schedule, the fellow female stars are actually fighting in the open now. When Dokko Jin arrives on the filming site, he witnessed Ae Jung's fighting spirit and actually got a little sour over it (i.e jealous).

Best Love has been nothing but zippy, zany and fun experience for me! Now, hellochloe may cry easily in dramas, but one that makes me laugh out loud (as in the LOOL-ed my-tummy-hurts kind) are a second to none. This drama does IT for me, despite my jaded composure due to my growing up with Stephen Chow movies. Hong Sisters really knows how to make one's belly ache :D 

I'm also liking the fact that Ae Jung is like a Version 2.0 of herself in Pasta. It's the usual kind innocent character Gong Hyo Jin plays so well but in BL, but this lady is by NO means a pushover. Oh yeah. Pasta, meet the upgraded Yoo Kyung who doesn't cater on the chef's every whim anymore.

Ae Jung open her eyes, surprised at finding herself not in the nightclub but some foreign place with Dokko Jin instead. Although Dokko's embarassed, he confesses to Ae Jung only to be outright rejected by her instead. But the rejection only aroused the fighting spirit in him (no superstar likes to lose, yo!). He throws the gauntlet, declaring he will stop at nothing to touch this woman's heart. 

On the other hand, Pil Joo is surprised when he witnesses Ae Jung leaving, carpooling with Dokko. Seri feels extremely crossed when she has been wronged by Dokko, who not only missed her 10th anniversary event but has been reported to be at the event in the amusement park...

How's the Hong Sisters' meta going? I've been so busy I'm behind schedule in watching everything! I swear I'm going to finish watching the 2 episodes today, uhuhu...(but I did manage to see appa wearing The Leopard Suit!) 

Sigh I get all nostalgic whenever I see SG references in kdramas. On that topic, did you guys from Manny recognize the Jeon Do Yeon and Kim Tae Hee line? :D

Ae Jung dodges the worried Ae Wan. Panicking, she catches a ride in Dokko's car and they stopped at a nearby park. The two gets misunderstood as a couple by an ahjumma passing by. Fearing that this will tarnish Dokko's image, Ae Jung frantically hides herself.

Meanwhile, before recording the program, Ae Jung arrives at the hospital with Jenny. She finds out by chance that the Director will also be starring in the Couple Making show. Resistance is futile as she succumbs to Jenny's request, and Ae Jung decides to ask the Director for cosmetic beauty treatments. But she got a surprise when saw that Pil Joo's the one who's behind the door....

All along I was wondering to myself how Gong Hyo Jin would pass as an idol (because there's bound to be some flashbacks), as in my mind she has always been in the "serious" actors type category. Oh well, now I got my answer *pffft*

During a real-time quiz via the telephone, through an error of Ae Jung's, Dokko accidentally reveals to the whole world about his bribery. He quickly finds Ae Jung and orders her to make the production team edit it all out and things quickly escalated into a heated argument.

And so, in the parking lot Dokko purposely crashes into Ae Jung's car, even pretending to be the victim of it all and even gets sent to the hospital. 

On the other hand, Pil Joo meets Ae Jung by chance when he was looking to hire an oriental doctor. He gets misunderstood by Ae Jung and they end up in a ridiculous "water baptism ceremony".

A member of a well known idol group nearly a decade ago, Gugbo Sonyeo's (i.e. which literally means "National Treasure Girls") Goo Ae Jung is doing what she can to make a livelihood as an artiste, but it's tough. Even on a random visit to the gas station she is even being made fun of. Arrogantly, that person even when so far as to anonymously humiliate her.  

On the other hand, national star Dokko Jin's recently unveiled work has not been favored by critics. To make matters worse, due to his English proficiency (or the lack thereof) he was not able to participate in a movie by Hollywood director Peter Jason.
