My Princess Second Look + English Subbed Trailer

Oooh the 2nd trailer is out! It didn't seem as fun as the first one, but it did featured more scenes and a hint of things to come.
In My Princess, Kim Tae Hee plays Lee Seol, an average uni student who work part time jobs to support herself. She's a girl with strong survival skills; cheerful and straightforward, she does not hide her feelings.

Kim Tae Hee admitted, "Actually Lee Seol's character and mine are the exact opposites. I'm more slow and unhurried, whereas Lee Seol talks alot and she may break into a dance at any moment, that's how frank she is with her feelings. After playing her in the show, I've grown quite jealous of her personality."

Chloe Says: I reckon this show has nothing in common with Goong, but everytime someone calls her "Ma-ma", my thoughts drift away to that other show.

Second leads Park Ye Jin and Ryu Soo Young. Will this be another Seul x Oska couple dynamic? *sigh*

Thanks to soshisubs, here's the trailer with English subs:

  1. Haha, what's with the Layla song? I love classic rock, but I don't quite understand how Eric Clapton fits in with the My Princess "theme". It's a very strange clashing of worlds for me...
    Getting more on topic, I'm looking forward to this show... if nothing else, it sure looks pretty.

  2. I'm liking the previews. I really hope this drama doesn't disappoint me, even though it looks like their chemistry will be sizzling. hopefully its as sizzling as the chemistry in SG.

  3. @Anonymous#1: I don't see it either. But at least it's not Tears In Heaven. That would've been 8-}

    @Anonymous #2: I like the stills and Preview No. 1;;) For now I'm more worried about the storyline...it doesn't sound too attractive at the moment:|

  4. Me too. The princess thing is a little iffy. I was also iffy about the plot on MMM. and unfortunately, that did turn out to be my biggest disappointment of the year. such great actors and chemistry wasted on a drama with no plot and direction. so, im hoping that my intuition isn't right and that this drama is actually entertaining.

    and i loved preview number 1. the music, especially, cracked me up.

  5. @Anonymous: I guess its kinda obvious what I feel about M3: I was a fan since the 1st episode, and still am:D

    I'm not oblivious to the weakness of the show though; but I bask in Mu Gyul & Mary's love story, not forgetting Jung In's (a strong contender lately). As long as the show keeps feeding me oh-so-sweet moments like that, I forget about the rest of the shit:)

    I'm with you there. If the show's anything like Preview 1, I will be a MP convert.
